authenticity we obtain most of our jerseys
directly from the teams or from dealers
who have agreements with the teams to
resell their jerseys. You may ask why we
would provide our list of contacts as a
resource to collectors. The main reason is
that we want to point new collectors in
the right direction when starting their
collections. Granted part of the fun of
the hobby was to find your own contacts
but a lot has changed over the past few
years. Teams have taken a much more
serious approach to marketing their
jerseys in addition to granting exclusive
rights to dealers. By making this list
available we hope to encourage teams to
continue to take this hobby seriously and
continue to market their jerseys in an
organized manner. In addition, we would
like to see the quality
of the jerseys improve throughout the
hobby as we only consider trades for
jerseys that come with documentation or
photos as to their origin.
